In May of 1950, Tom & Fae McArthur started McArthur Jewelers.  Having limited financial backing, Tom worked long hours, arriving at his shop in the wee hours of the morning.  Tom McArthur Jr. arrived full time on the scene in 1972 to help dad out for the summer. He likes to tell that the summer must not be over, because he is still there.  Tom and his wife Allison, became the new owners of the McArthur Jewelers in 1983 when Tom Sr. and Fae retired from active management. 

McArthur Jewelers specializes in diamonds and diamond jewelry, computerized custom design, fine quality gemstones, watches and fine quality fashion jewelry.  They also have a full service repair department, for both jewelry and watches.   The appraisal department is headed by their Graduate Gemologist with over 25 years experience appraising jewelry and watches.
